I’m always skeptical about diet books but intermittent fasting actually works. So far I have lost 9 pounds since I started and aim to lose another 30 pounds. The recipes are yummy and simple and meal plans make it easy to stick with.
I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this book for the price. It is an ebook copy printed on newsprint paper with black and white photos. The cover is ok, but the book is small...about 5Inches x 7inches, and unappealing. I am so disappointed that I've not yet even tried to read through it, but will make an attempt. I feel cheated, and now feel pretty sure one can get the generally same info on the web with selective searching. Don't bother spending your money on this one. What a rip off.

Another great read and this book had delicious recipes that can be made with ease. There are books that I have read and stopped after page 5. Easy to read and follow.
What an excellent read. This book is divided into three main parts. The first part of the book explains the benefits of intermittent fasting and how to go about your fasting and nonfasting days. The second part, which is the biggest section, includes a variety of recipes. The recipes are low calorie, imaginative and scrumptious. Swiss and pear omelet, Italian chicken, apple walnut load, stuffed pepper. I have been following the recipes for three weeks while doing a 16 hour daily fast and have lost 12 lbs. Couldn’t be more pleased.
what a lovely and very informative guidebook. it is quite clear the author has a high level of expertise in intermittent fasting and offers an easy and effective way to get started.the book is written in an easy to understand style and provides all the necessary information to succeed. In addition it offers a ready meal plan with amazing recipes. can't wait to try the almond cookies and all the healthy snacks too
After reading his other book I knew I had to pick this one up too. I definitely got my money’s worth. Mr. Thompson writes in an easy straightforward manner and makes fasting easy to do. The recipes are healthy, delicious, and easy to make. So far I have lost 18 lbs in five weeks and I couldn't be happier.
